Mixed Used Development, Mount Hawthorn

Project Description:

Consisting of ground floor retail, Two levels of offices and six apartments on the third level, this development was challenging as it was constructed to all boundaries.
Underpinning techniques and geotechnical in ground design was an important part of the building.
The architectural louvers facade presents a striking appearance and gives the building a unique presence in Mount Hawthorn.
